At Xihu, safety and quality service is of utmost importance. In order to stimulate safety consciousness of our drivers, safety awareness campaigns are routinely launched along with related governmental authorities. The company implements an innovative mode of “Rouse+Raise+Reinforce”, undertaking various measures to increase drivers’ ability in response to the emergencies and accidents. As a result, potential risks and accidents have been remarkably mitigated. Xihu has formed a consolidated service center, which integrates  Xihu’s service expertise and platform technology in one system. Differentiating from traditional transportation industry and services, this cloud-based platform has been transformed and upgraded to an effective on-line service center. It generally consists four subsystems of transaction data center, service booking data center, vehicle information data center and transaction channel. At meantime, the platform will streamline more value-added services of Xihu Corporation, including long-distance bus booking, vehicles rental, charter tour bus, taxicab service, vehicle inspection and maintenance, vehicle checking and property rental.  

The initiative to develop platform technology aims at transforming the traditional business digital processor and back-end service into a new smart data center. The new platform integrates taxi GSP safety monitoring, driver’s behavior supervision, core business calculation, information management and consulting service. It has activated functions of taxi call, lost & found service, operation data monitoring, traffic violation inquiry and roadway planning.  As the pioneer in transportation industry, the recent years have seen Xihu’s reform and breakthrough in information technology development. Currently, safety first and quality service of Xihu has been widely recognized by customers and general public.
