Xihu Data Center is a self-developed information management platform, integrating information management, information resource and core business calculation. As the ongoing process of development and upgrading, Xihu Data Center currently owns a multifunctional service system, through which customers could  contact  96800 hot-line to enquire on vehicle rental, file complaints, lost & found and other business inquiries. 

Xihu Data Center supervise and monitor all the information of Xihu’s vehicles. The GPS vehicle monitor system and Driver’s behavior supervision system detect in-time status of vehicles and behavior of all the drivers. Each system owns smart service terminal to take immediate action to prevent malfeasance by drivers, to secure the safety of passengers and vehicles.
