Qualifications and requirements

4.  Having convincing ability among drivers, no serious traffic accident occurred serious traffic violations, service complaints, operation violations, etc within three years.  
5. Priority conditions: There are more than four stars, professional and technical certificates, professional grade certificates, and have been engaged in management work.
