In order to prevent and control motor vehicle exhaust pollution and further improve the city ’s ambient air quality and protect people ’s health, according to the “Law of the People ’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution” and the “Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Motor Vehicle Exhaust Pollution in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone” (revised in 2017) and The relevant requirements of the "Shenzhen Blue" 2018 Sustainable Action Plan (Shenfu Office Regulation [2018] No. 6), with the approval of the provincial government, are now implementing the sixth stage of national motor vehicle air pollutant emission standards for light vehicles in our city (Hereinafter referred to as "National Ⅵ Standard") The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. The national VI standard mentioned in this notice refers to the emission control requirements of the sixth stage in the "Limited Pollutant Emission Limits and Measurement Methods for Light-Duty Vehicles (China Sixth Stage)" (GB18352.6-2016), of which the type I test 6b limit requirements.
2. The term “light vehicle” in this notice refers to the M1, M2 and N1 cars with a maximum design gross mass not exceeding 3500kg.
3. From November 1, 2018 (inclusive), light compression-ignition engine vehicles registered in our city, change registrations and transfer registrations transferred from other places shall meet the national VI standards.
Light-duty compression-ignition engine vehicles that have been purchased before November 1, 2018, and meet the national V standards, can be used for vehicle registration before January 1, 2019, with the official invoice issued before November 1, 2018; in 2018 Light-duty compression-ignition engine vehicles that have been transferred out of the country before November 1, 2016 and meet the national V standard can be transferred to the "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" signed by the traffic management department of the public security organ of the transfer place before January 1, 2019. Make a record and go through the procedures of vehicle change registration or transfer registration.
For the Pearl River Delta region (Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Zhuhai, Jiangmen, Zhaoqing), the national Ⅴ standard light compression ignition engine vehicles that have completed vehicle registration procedures before November 1, 2018 are available in our city. Carry out vehicle change registration or transfer registration procedures before January 1, 2019.
4. From December 31, 2018 (inclusive), the light-ignition engine vehicles registered in our city, the change registration and transfer registration of foreign transfers should meet the national VI standards.
For vehicles with light-ignition engines that meet the national V standards that have been purchased before December 31, 2018, they can go through the vehicle registration formalities before March 1, 2019 with the official invoices issued before December 31, 2018; December 2018 Light-duty light-ignition engine vehicles that have been transferred out of the country before the 31st day and meet the national V standard can be processed by March 1, 2019 based on the transfer record signed by the traffic management department of the public security organ at the transfer place in the "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate". Vehicle change registration or transfer registration procedures.
For the Pearl River Delta region, the national Ⅴ standard light-ignited engine vehicles that have completed vehicle registration procedures before December 31, 2018 can be processed in our city before March 1, 2019.
5. Since the national Ⅵ standard has been formally implemented in our city, in addition to the vehicles listed in Article 3, paragraph 2, paragraph 3, and Article 4, paragraphs 2 and 3, new vehicle registration and foreign transfer transfer registration If the transfer registration does not meet the requirements of this notice, the traffic management department of the public security organ will not go through the registration procedures.
VI. Light vehicles that meet the National Ⅵ standard can be found at www.vecc-mep.org.cn.
7. This notice will come into effect on November 1, 2018, and will be valid for 5 years.
