1. Full time electrician of the property, with electrician certificate (special operation certificate), works according to the needs of the company.

2. Be responsible for daily maintenance, safety management and normal operation of water, electricity and other facilities and equipment of the property company, and make inspection and maintenance records.

3. Be responsible for the temporary and emergency maintenance of public areas, shared facilities and equipment under its jurisdiction, and deal with the repair application of businesses within its jurisdiction.

4. Timely complete the reading and billing of water, electricity and other instruments as required. Master the operation of electricity meters of each owner's unit and public facilities.

5. Strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and undertake the safety production work within the scope of responsibility. Strictly implement the safety operation procedures for water electricians and safe construction.

6. Be responsible for equipment cleaning and machine room cleaning, ensure that all work records are complete and compliant, and ensure that the posting of systems related to projects in each region meets the requirements of relevant government departments.

7. Actively participate in various trainings and meetings organized by the engineering department to strengthen their own learning. Save water, electricity and maintenance costs.

8. Be familiar with basic computer operation, and be able to summarize the problems found through words.

Job requirements:

2. High school education or above; At least 2 years of relevant working experience (property management and hotel experience is preferred.)

4. The monthly salary is 5000-8000 yuan, with monthly and annual performance bonus;
