[Job Responsibilities]
1、 Formulate and improve the company's appraisal management system and performance appraisal system, formulate the annual performance appraisal plan and organize its implementation;
2. Be responsible for performance management, including the implementation, supervision and control of performance appraisal management processes such as performance objective formulation and performance communication;
3. Assist each department to carry out performance management and performance evaluation, and timely solve various problems encountered in the evaluation process;
4. Assist all departments and employees in accepting, verifying and handling performance complaints;
5. Complete other HR related work of the Department as required, such as employee recruitment, file information management, etc;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
[qualifications]
1、 Bachelor degree or above in human resources management, administration and other related majors;
2、 More than 3 years working experience in human resource management and more than 1 year working experience in the whole process of performance management;
3. Good professional ethics, careful work and strong sense of responsibility;
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, good teamwork ability and strong pressure resistance;
5. Good copywriting skills are preferred;
