Job requirements:

1. Junior high school degree or above, 20-53 years old, with fire operator certificate. Those with a Veterans certificate are preferred;

2. Strong discipline, high sense of responsibility, proactive;

3. Good health, no criminal record, hold security guard certificate, and absolutely obey management;

operating duty:

1. Love their own work, consciously abide by national laws and regulations, and be responsible for the security of the property, the maintenance of regional environmental order and the maintenance of equipment and facilities;

2. Daily patrol property safety. Master the operation procedures of fire-fighting equipment and the use methods of security facilities, and master the emergency disposal procedures of emergencies;

3. Adhere to principles, distinguish right from wrong, and dare to stop illegal and criminal acts;

4. Strictly manage and give unified command to incoming and outgoing vehicles and parked vehicles;

5. Strictly complete the registration procedures for visitors and incoming and outgoing materials, and make shift handover records. Provide customers with basic services, such as polite greetings, customer guidance, enthusiastic help, etc.

6. Temporary tasks assigned by the company.

Compensation and benefits:

1. Basic salary + assessment salary + overtime salary = 4500 yuan - 5500 yuan;

2. The company provides free accommodation. The company provides three meals and catering subsidies (employees pay 250 yuan / month).
